  Good sales experience but that’s where it ended. I had problems with the paint on a brand new car and they absconded all responsibility, despite the paint being damaged upon pickup. I emailed the salesperson after they sent out a routine email asking about my experience, and I never got a response. I ended up paying a significant amount of money to repair the issue myself. I unfortunately cannot recommend buying your new vehicle from here.

  Just wanted to say Thank You to Mitsubishi Aspley for a superb experience with our recent car service. Seamless from the booking to the pick up and on between! Our car feels great to drive, looked great on pick up and Guy in reception was knowledgeable & super pleasant to deal with. Our horse even approves!

  I've had some horrible experiences with Zupps Nissan...sorry to say it but yeah.
  Mitsubishi however, it has been just a 100% better experience across the board.
  Its like I walked through an invisible wall into another car dealership lol.
  Thanks Mitsubishi. Hope the great vibe continues

  I couldn’t give less than 5 stars because if I had to compare my great experiences here at Zupps to any other time servicing my cars elsewhere over 20+ years… there really is no comparison! The team well well mannered, professionally dressed and importantly genuinely caring…some would say unheard of in car servicing industry. So you could imagine we were pleasantly surprised when we moved to the Aspley area and have been impressed with the Zupps team in consistency. Incredibly efficient, undoubtedly knowledgeable and we have now recommended Zupps Aspley to friends and referred my sister-in-law’s 2019 logbook servicing also, thank you Zupps Aspley.

  An awesome customer experience from both the Service Representatives Lizzie and Guy ! They went beyond expectations and I cannot thank them enough. Zupps Mitsubishi, please praise these wonderful staff members.
