  The HR department for refunds is hopeless after months of trying to get a response not 1 word, you can not ring or email you must fill in a form and hope that it arrives at it destination. Most in efficient way to interact with your customers.
  I have been waiting for. Refund from National Storage for some time I have only had 1 response and that it was declined.
  
  I filled in the form and asked why that would be the case as I paid in advance 1 month ahead and exited the facility before the roll over of the next month. However apparently that's not good enough, so I ask if exiting the month prior we talking days before the months due to roll over, how much notice do you need 1, 2, 3 months notice?
  So I paid for a whole month that was not using the facilities.

  National storage was amazing to deal with. They were easy to talk to over the phone and always give me all the information needed to make moving furniture into a storage unit quick and easy. They have definitely earned the five stars and will be booking with them when needed!

  Very competitive prices. Amazing facilities. Was so easy to book the unit online and then to call and cancel when I was finished. Thanks for a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this location.

  Liam is amazing!!! We came very late and still accepted us and let us in! Amazing service and save me alot of hassle! Please extend hours for people who work during your whole open hours :)

  Used them for about 4 months when I left my unit to store stuff while I travelled. Had no issues at all, felt safe leaving my stuff there.
