  This dealership has a lot of room for improvement. From day one when I picked my new car, it wasn't working as it should. The infotainment system wasn't working. How can they give a new car to a customer without checking whether everything is working (and this is not something easy to miss). That was very annoying as I wasted an hour waiting for them to fix the car. Every time the car goes for service, there's something wrong with it. They say it's fixed, I go to pick it up and the first thing I notice after leaving the dealership the fault is not fixed or other things not working. Not to mention the courtesy car I get (usually Mazda 2) is always dirty and filthy inside. If I compare it with other brand dealerships (not even premium brand), they give you washed car and most of the time not lower model than you own. I also got my car washed and vacuumed in other dealerships every time the car went for service. Forget about it at Mazda Aspley. I am looking to change the dealership as Mazda Grand Prix Aspley has very poor customer service and quality control.
