- Hans Added February 11, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently (November 2016) engaged this firm to help with a sale of business/home. I did not receive a client agreement or a fee schedule. They did not tell me when their billing started. Guess if I was surprised when I got a bill for over $500 for a few emails. I would NEWER use this firm again. Buyer be AWARE......Seek another firm.

Each time we come back we have good experiences including our most recent in May 2017. I've referred them to a few of my colleagues who have also given positive feedback. Would recommend if you want reliable legal advice/service.

My loan for house was refused and I lost nearly $4,500.00 - I paid $3,900 to Keith Brady Real Estate and $395.00 to Cathy McKenzie of Smith & Stanton. I never got my.miney back and yet I was made to pay out the above. Being just newly arrived from UK and being stressed out after experience I never pusued it plus I had no more money.
