I appreciate that many people are looking for salt at the moment, but I am new to the area, so not a “regular” anywhere.
To bluntly refuse a customer who is willing to spend money in your store because you haven’t seen them before is appalling. Good luck building up your client base with that attitude.

Store very busy because of our weather situation. Lots of pool equipment, pretty well priced. Was offered help with the chemicals to take to the car.

The offer old fashioned service, and a determination to "get it right first time" . Their honest approach has earned them our trust. We have always had the greatest experience with staff who are courteous, respectful and know their stuff whether its been at the shop or service at home - a great local business.

I've had them install a new pump and chlorinator over the years and they're always happy to help and give advice over the phone.
