- Lyn Banks Added May 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Will never shop at Bedshed again!!! Salesman was great, until he got our deposit. We purchased one of the most expensive beds in the store, and were told it would take up to 3 weeks to arrive. I rang the store during the 4th week to find out where my bed was. They didn't know. A few phone conversations later, they promised that it would be in the warehouse "next week". They could not (or would not) tell me why it hadn't arrived within the promised 3 weeks. When I did get the call to say it had arrived at the warehouse they said it would be another week before it could be delivered. After 'discussion' I managed to get my bed delivered 2 days later bringing it to 5 weeks exactly since first deposit. Delivery went smoothly until the delivery men (who were quite rude) left my king size bed and mattress, wrapped in plastic leaning against my wall for me to struggle to unwrap and put together. I am 54 years old and under 5 foot tall. It took me an hour and a half and a lot of sweat and strained muscles (my husband works away and was not home to help). I am not impressed! I understand that sometimes things go wrong, and if I am kept informed then I am very understanding. Bedshed has no customer service at all! I just hope I like the bed!!

All of the stuff were very friendly and gave a chance for us to make a choice instead of hounding us non-stop. Pricing is second to none. 5 stars does not do justice for how excellent of an experience I had. A massive thank you to tony for looking after, helping and answering any and all questions I had !!
Really living up to the tag line "no one is better in the bedroom"
